Refill Delivery Service FAQs

You can use our scheduling tool to book a delivery. We deliver refills to the Denver Metro area and Boulder County.

Do you have a store? I'd like to see your products.

We do! Come visit us and refill your bottles in store.
Our store address is: 1801 Blake St, Denver, CO 80202.

What Do I Need To Do? 

The beauty of our service is that you are still able to reuse the containers you currently have in your home. 

- Leave your containers outside by 7:30 AM on the day of your scheduled delivery. 

- We will take your containers, weigh, fill, weigh them again and then return your filled containers to your door step.

No containers? No problem! Please note when scheduling in Calendly that jars are needed. 

Do I have to be at home during my delivery time slot?

You don't have to be at home, just make sure you leave your clean bottles outside safe by 7:30AM for us to refill.

What happens if I miss my refill delivery?

If you are getting refills using your own containers and you haven't left your bottles outside we will get in touch to redeliver for an additional delivery charge of $5.

Why don’t you deliver every day?

By grouping deliveries on the same day, we are able to more efficiently route our delivery vehicle, which reduces our carbon footprint and helps keep our delivery costs low.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We vet all our products for safer ingredients- you can check out our ingredients on our Transparency Page.

Color codes on the Transparency Page: We use several tools to review the safety of each ingredient in our products. One of those tools is the Environmental Working Group and while we do not think they are the end all be all, they have a helpful system that is commonly used by consumers.

That is why you'll see each ingredient color coded with EWG rating score. Green = low hazard, Orange = Moderate Hazard, Red = Higher hazard. While a product may contain an orange ingredient, all our products are EWG verified or Green.

We also care about sustainable practices as well as biodegradable materials that come with recyclable/eco friendly packaging.

How Much Does It Cost? 

You pay by the ounce for your products. When you schedule you will see the price per ounce listed by each product. Please let us know if you do not want a container completely filled. 
Deposits: When scheduling you'll be prompted to pay a $20 deposit. This protects both parties from running into a payment issue. The $20 will be applied to your final balance. If you order less than $20 the difference will be refunded within 72 hours of your scheduled service. 
Delivery Fees: Your first delivery is always free! Return visits are $5 for orders under $100. All deliveries over $100 are free, we're a bulk store after all. 

How Do I Pay?

Deposits are collected through PayPal. If you do not have PayPal, please reach out.

If we are refilling your existing containers, we will create an invoice with the appropriate value of your refills during the visit. This invoice will be emailed to you based on your preferences and will include payment instructions. 

Is there a minimum order for refill delivery?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. However, we are always looking to minimize the environmental impact of running the delivery service - a bigger order usually means fewer journeys and less carbon footprint.

Can I Get Other Items Delivered With My Order 

Yes! Feel free to shop around on our site for other items as well. While scheduling select "other" and enter the products you wish to be delivered with your refill visit! 

What is your return policy on refill delivery?

We do not offer returns on any refills that are delivered locally. Please contact us if there is a concern, as we always appreciate your feedback.

If you are unsatisfied with a refill delivery, please let us know, and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

Can I Set up a Refill For My Neighborhood or Office?

Absolutely! We would love to spread the love and access. In fact, this is ideal to reduce travel. Please e-mail to set up a Pop Up Event. Did we mention you'll also receive a discount for hosting?!?!

Yes you can order online if you don't live in the Denver Metro Area or Boulder! If you're looking for refills and do not live in Denver, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
